      At Kawuu, we want you and your pet to feel happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

      We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

      To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

      • Unused and in its original condition
      • In the original packaging
      • Free from pet hair, stains, odors, or damage
      • Returned with all accessories, manuals, or parts included

      For health and hygiene reasons, used pet beds, pet bath products, grooming items, and toys that have been used by pets cannot be returned.

      Non-Returnable Items

      The following items are not eligible for return:

      • Used pet beds, blankets, cushions, or mats
      • Used pet bath tubs or grooming products
      • Used pet toys
      • Items with pet hair, stains, odors, scratches, or damage
      • Final sale items
      • Gift cards
      • Personalized or customized products

      • Clear photos of the product and packaging

      Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

      Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

      Return Shipping

      Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

      Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

      We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

      Refunds

      Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

      If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

      Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

      Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

      If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

      Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

      If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other solution.

      Order Cancellations

      Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

      Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item.

      Exchanges

      We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

      If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
